- The Seller is responsible to make the good available for The Buyer at the agreed location (i.e. factory or warehouse or any).
- The Buyer is responsible to bear the risk of Loading at the Load Port. Also the Export clearance responsibility is on The Buyer.
- The Risk is transferred from The Seller to The Buyer at the agreed pickup location of the Goods/Container(s)/package(s).
- For EXW, the payment terms is Freight Collect.
