- Export packaging, loading charges and delivery to the port are responsibility of the Seller. Export clearance responsibility is on the Seller.
- Seller bears the cost of freight to the named port of destination.
- Destination THC, unloading and import custom clearance are responsibility of the Buyer.
- Insurance is on agreed term of both parties.
- For CFR, Payment Terms is Freight Prepaid.
