Good command of written & spoken English & Nepali language
Basic competency in data entry using excel and Microsoft office software
Working knowledge of E-mail

Major Roles / Responsibilities
Handling/ Directing incoming and outgoing office calls
Handling office visitors and addressing the queries; Answer questions and address complaints
Maintaining visitors logs
Handling incoming & outgoing documents/packages and maintaining records
Maintaining physical documents - Keep updated records and files
Scheduling meetings & conferences
Check, sort and forward emails
Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
