Major Roles / Responsibilities
Familiarizing with all products and services offered by the company.
Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing plans.
Pitching and presentations to widen market reach to potential clients
New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
Coordinating clients in emails and in follow-ups for sales booking and operations.
Handling social media accounts of the company and delivering customer service
Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities
Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
